After your payment, an email will be sent to the gift recipient with theCard Information.

HOW TO USE

Entering your gift card during checkout, the amount paid will immediatelybe deducted from your gift card balance. If the total order amount exceeds yourgift card balance, you can pay the remainder with your PayPal account.

Ruadoll.com has the right to refuse gift card sales to anyone.

VIEW YOURBALANCE

You can check your gift card balance online after logging in your account.

Any remaining balance on the gift card after purchase can be used forfuture purchases. Balances can't be redeemed or exchanged for cash, exceptwhere required by applicable law.

RETURNS

Gift cards cannot be cancelled or returned once they are used. The e-giftcard is valid for 10 years from the purchase date.

• If the order is paid with a gift card, the refund will be returned tothe gift card; if the refund occurs after the validity period of the gift card,the amount will not be refunded.

• If you return product purchased with multiple methods of payment, therefund is first applied to the Gift Card, up to the original amount of the GiftCard.

  • Spam filter blocked the email or routed it to a spam or other folder.

Ruadoll.com is not responsible for any destroyed, lost, stolen, orunauthorized Gift Cards. Treat gift cards like cash.

FRAUD

Ruadoll.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold gift cardsand orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrectdenomination or for other violations of gift card policies.
