What is item processing time?

Half of the clothes or accessories on DevilInspired.com are having long processing time, and the time is different according to each brand companies. Normally, the time will be 30-45 days. The processing time of the preorder items are depending on the businesses’ declarations. If there is any change in finishing time of preorder items, we will timely email you.

The total processing time for tailor made products includes making time plus the domestic delivery time (it stands for the time that we received the products from the businesses). So for products in stock, the processing time is equal to the domestic delivery time. Normally, the domestic delivery time is about 7 business days. Specially, in some period just like Singles’ Day, it will probably cost more delivery time than usual. We really appreciate your understanding for these special situations.

 

How to choose the shipping methods?

We ship all parcels by international express companies and have two different shipping methods:

Expedited: Parcels are transported by FedEx, DHL, or TNT. The shipping time is averagely about 3-5 business days.

Standard: Parcels are transported by ePacket. The shipping time is usually from 10 to 15 business days. Please pay attention that this shipping time is just FYI, the actual period maybe a little longer or shorter than this estimated period.

 

Who will pay for the tax if it occurs?

We really beg your forgive that Customs duty is out of our control for this situation. We can't guarantee there will be always no tax fee. And customers are responsible for the tax fee if it occurs.

In order to avoid high tax fee, the descriptions of your parcel would be ‘Dress sample’ or ‘Gift’, and the claiming value of your item(s) would be much lower than the practical value.  

Unfortunately, if your parcel is held by customs, we will contact you timely by email. Please pay more attention to your email and offer the relevant information that is needed.

1. We DONOT ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Please remember to leave your contact number. This is necessary for express shipping.

3. The shipping fee will automatically change along with the weight of the parcel.
